William Smith, Sr founded Atlas Heating and Air in 2002. He started the company after realizing there was a real need for a competent HVAC business in our area. His hard work - determination to always treat each customer the way he would want to be treated - has earned him a reputation of honesty and integrity. He has always gone out of his way to provide quality service at a fair price. Values that are still in place for our company today. Values that have earned Atlas a devoted following of loyal customers. He continues to oversee the daily operation of the company, sharing the responsibility with his son, William Smith, Jr.
William Smith, Jr.
William Smith, Jr began working with his father at a very young age. He followed along on service calls and installations learning so much about the business as the years progressed. He knew early on that he wanted to follow in his fathers footsteps. He continued to work with him after graduating high school and while he continued his education. He graduated from ETSU’s College of Business and Technology in 2020 and has since worked full time at Atlas Heating and Air. He is a very valued part of the Atlas team, continuing his father’s vision for the company while expanding and growing the business.
